Abstracts will be reviewed by the Organising Committee and authors will be notified of their acceptance in September 2012. Due to space restrictions in the Conference program, it may not be possible for all Abstracts to be included in the program. The committee reserves the right to decline abstracts that do not meet the Conference criteria.
Important Points to Note
Potential presenters should note all costs to attend the Conference must be met from their own resources.
At least one author of the accepted Abstract is expected to attend and present their abstract at the Conference.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee who reserve the right to reject any abstract it considers does not meet the criteria.
The number of accepted abstracts will also be dependent on the amount of available space at the conference venue.
